CLASS SCHEDULE

CrossFit Main

Our CrossFit Main program is a 60 minute class that utilizes strength training, conditioning, weight lifting, and complex gymnastic movements. These workouts vary every single day, and they are led by our certified coaching staff. As an athlete, you will be challenged, encouraged and motivated every day to help you reach your goals and build up your fitness.

CrossFit Lite

Our CrossFit Lite program is a 45 minute class that focuses on conditioning and light strength training. These workouts focus primarily on body weight movements but do include some light weights training, and the workouts vary every day. As an athlete, you will be coached and encouraged by our coaching staff to get the best workout suited to your abilities.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids classes are for preschool through 11 years old. These classes teach your kids to LOVE movement. These classes also show kids that exercise is not only fun but necessary for a full and healthy life.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training classes are for you if you want an individualized program and one on one coaching. These classes are great as a primary fitness program, or they can be used for specialized/specific training.

Foundations

Our Foundations program is 3 – 60 minute classes that are required for anyone who wants to join our CrossFit Main classes. These classes are one on one with a coach, where you learn the basic foundational movements of CrossFit and are coached on form and safety. These classes will help prepare you to join our CrossFit Main program.
